Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Whirl Pong website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is three (3) to seven (7) business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and total order weight. Any applicable taxes and fees will also be shown at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may use this information to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Whirl Pong is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package has been transferred to the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at help.whirlpong@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, if applicable.
